For drafting the vision and goals of my company, I used T-Notes accordingly: 1=Vision 2=Values & Beliefs 3=Goals & Objectives a=for our products and services b=for our people and our customers c=for our community and environment and then I filled in the 9 boxes...setting it up was easy but it took me 3 days of re-thinking and re-drafting to fill in all the boxes to my liking.
